ADMISSION procedure

Admissions 2025-2026   Guidelines

Admission is granted on the basis of the following criteria
a) First come first serve due to limited intake capacity . 
b) The child should be of 3+ years for Nursery as on  31st March  2025.

c) The admission to Class Nursery  will be through informal interaction with the child as well as the parents.

In the record, the groups are allocated based on age of the child, and the age eligibility criteria and date of admission.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1.Parents need to register online by filling all the details step by step.

  1.  After filling the registration form, click on the SUBMIT button and take the printout of that form  .
  2.   Admission team will call you for the physical interaction along with the child at school.
  3.  Only shortlisted/verified candidates will be called for interactions and for further admission procedure.
  4. Date and time  will be shared 2-3 days before the interaction.
  5.  To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one  registration form for one applicant.
  6.  Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
  7.  In case of any query, you can write an E-mail to kupwara@shemford.com .  Queries to any other E-mail Id shall not be accepted.
  8.  The school reserves the right to grant/reject any admission application without assigning any reason.
  9.  Admission formalities to be fulfilled within 3 days of interaction/selection.
 

In case you fail to take admission on the date specified, the vacancy will be offered to the next candidate. The decision of the school with regard to the admission will be final and binding.

The school transport is available on the selected routes.

Transport facility is an optional/additional facility and depends on the availability of the seats.

Transport plan shall not be made as per the individual conveniences of parents.

 

 

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Parents are requested to submit the following documents along with the registration form :

 

  • Birth Certificate (issued by any competent authority).
  • Current Residence Proof (Ration Card/Voter Id Card/Utility Bill/ Rent Agreement/Sale Deed/ Aadhaar Card).
  • Medical fitness certificate.
  • One affidavit ( Notary). Format will be shared  at the time of interaction.
  • Photo ID proof of both the parents (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter Id-Card).
  • 4 Passport size latest photograph of the child and both the parents.
  • 2 passport size latest photograph of the guardian (if applicable).
